Textbook Terms of Agreement

Before Ordering please understand the following information: Your final charge could be different than the total shown in your basket when the order was placed.  If you requested new or used books, we will try to honor your request but will substitute with what is available. The changes made when the order is processed and charged to your credit card at this time doesn't change in the database so your invoice included in your shipment will show the final charge. By placing the order you have given  your authorization for any charge difference due to substitutions.

  • We do not accept phone orders

  • Orders may take up to 3 days to process
  • Prices and editions are subject to change.

The Bookstore uses UPS to ship the orders .Since the Bookstore is closed Saturday & Sunday we do not ship packages over the weekends.
All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. PST Monday-Friday will be processed on the following business day (excluding holidays).   Shipping charges may be adjusted when the order is processed.

We are not able to hold orders at the Bookstore.  Must be shipped to your home address ( no P.O. BOXES ) or your assigned MSC BOX on campus...Spokane, WA 99258
