Textbook Terms of Agreement
If you requested new or used books, we will make every attempt to honor your request but will substitute with materials that are in stock. The changes made when the order is processed and charged to your credit card are not reflected in the database so the packing slip included in your shipment will show the final charge. By placing the order, you have given your authorization to substitute due to availability.

Shipping Information
Orders may take up to 3 days to process
The Bookstore uses UPS to ship the orders. The Bookstore is closed Saturday & Sunday, therefore, we do not ship packages over the weekend. All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. PST Monday-Friday will be processed on the following business day (excluding holidays). Shipping charges may be adjusted when the order is processed.
UPS ships only to a physical address. No P.O. Box addresses will be accepted.
When shipping to your on-campus MSC Box, please include your assigned number. The box must belong to you. Gonzaga's Mail Services will not accept any packages other than for the person who is renting the box.

Return Policy
SAVE YOUR RECEIPT OR INVOICE
HOURS : Main Store (COG) 8 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday Satellite Store (Kennedy apartments) 10 am - 6 pm Tuesday - Saturday, 10 - 4 Sunday
TEXTBOOKS- may be returned to the Main Store (lower level of the COG) for a full refund during the "Add/Drop period" or within one week of the start of class with a current receipt or web invoice. Note: The high volume of store traffic will prelude us from processing returns during interval three days before and two days following the first day of class for undergraduates.
Textbooks must be returned in their original resalable condition. Marked in, highlighted or damaged books will be valued at 50% off.
Please go to class before unwrapping shrink-wrapped textbooks. Unwrapped books may be returned with original shrink-wrap and all package components. Shrink-wrapped books returned without their original wrapping and/or components will be discounted to the "used wholesale" market value.
Outside the add/drop or start period of the term for which they were purchased, books may be returned within three full business days beyond the original receipt date.
Defective textbooks will be exchanged at no charge and should be returned as soon as possible.
Lost your receipt? With enough information and receipt of a $25 administration fee, we can help by searching our database. There is no guarantee, however that your receipt will be found but we'll do our best.
REFERENCE BOOKS, STUDY AIDS & TRADE BOOKS- Reference books and study aids are non-returnable outside of the "add/drop or start period of your class. Academic trade books purchased at Zag Shop West (Kennedy Apartments) may be returned within three full business beyond the original receipt date.
CLOTHING- returned for refund must have the original Zag Shop tag or be accompanied by the sales receipt and be in original salable condition
Valid Student ID & Receipt/web invoice required for all Textbook Returns
